Cookie Policy

Effective date: 19 March 2026 · Version: 1.0

This Cookie Policy describes how Zefrylonauquezle (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on zefrylonauquezle.world. It supplements our Privacy Policy. For contact details, see Section 10 below.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage entries, session storage, pixels, and software development kits embedded in apps. Together we refer to them as “cookies” where the distinction is not material for your choices.

Cookies may be first-party (set by our domain) or third-party (set by another domain, such as an analytics or advertising partner). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).

2. Why we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Enable core website functions and security.
  • Remember your cookie preference choices.
  • Measure how visitors use the site when you consent to analytics.
  • Support marketing measurement or personalisation when you consent to marketing.

We do not use non-essential cookies without your consent where EU/EEA law requires consent.

3. Cookie categories on this website

3.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our preference tool. They are usually set only in response to actions you take, such as setting privacy preferences, logging in if we offer accounts, or completing forms securely. They may also include load-balancing or bot-mitigation cookies from infrastructure providers.

Legal basis: legitimate interests in providing the service and, where applicable, performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

3.2 Analytics

If you enable analytics, we or our vendors may set cookies to collect aggregated statistics about page views, navigation paths, approximate geography, device categories, and referral sources. We use this information to improve content layout, detect broken links, and plan capacity.

Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where strictly anonymous aggregated data is produced without identifiers, potentially legitimate interests with appropriate safeguards.

3.3 Marketing

If you enable marketing, cookies may measure ad effectiveness, attribute conversions, build audience segments, or cap how often you see a creative. Partners may combine data across sites they serve; their policies also apply.

Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where ePrivacy requires it, consent for storage/access on your device.

4. Specific cookies and storage keys

Our site stores your cookie preference in browser local storage under the key pv_cookie_prefs as a JSON object indicating whether analytics and marketing are allowed. This entry is functionally necessary to respect your choice and is written when you click Accept all, Reject, or Save choices.

If we integrate third-party analytics or marketing tools in production, we will list representative cookie names, providers, purposes, and maximum durations in a table here and keep it updated. Until such integrations are active, only strictly necessary technical data handled by our hosting provider and TLS termination may be logged on servers as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Retention periods

  • Preference storage: persists until you clear site data or we change the key with notice.
  • Session security cookies: session length or up to 24 hours.
  • Analytics cookies (if enabled): commonly 6–24 months depending on the vendor configuration.
  • Marketing cookies (if enabled): commonly up to 90 days to 13 months depending on the network.

6. Consent management and your choices

On your first visit, a banner offers Accept all, Reject (non-essential off), and Cookie settings where you can toggle analytics and marketing independently. Strictly necessary remains always on.

You may reopen settings by clearing local storage for this site and refreshing, or by contacting us to reset guidance. You can also delete cookies through your browser as explained below.

7. Browser controls

Major browsers let you block or delete cookies. Use the help section of your browser for steps. Blocking all cookies may prevent preference storage and some features. Use private browsing mode to limit persistence during a single session.

8. Do Not Track and global opt-out signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform legal standard. Where required by applicable law to honour global privacy control signals as requests to opt out of sale/sharing, we will implement reasonable technical measures and document them in updates to this Policy.

9. Transfers outside the EEA

If a cookie vendor processes data outside the EEA, we rely on GDPR Chapter V mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures as described in our Privacy Policy.
